These works are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

The 21st Key of Life is an original body of work created by Tshepo William Sekgobela.
It includes original writings, teachings, spiritual architecture, the eight Journeys and the 3 : 7 : 21 Living Pattern.
ALightinMotion is the official digital Sanctuary and platform through which this work is presented.
3. Protected Material
Protected material may include original expression fixed in:
- names, marks and identifiers, including ALightinMotion and the 21st Key of Life;
- original written expression, teachings, Journey content and Sanctuary language;
- original visual works, symbols, environmental design, music, recordings and sound environments;
- software, source code, interface and interaction design; and
- the original selection, arrangement, expression and implementation of the Sanctuary architecture, including the 3 : 7 : 21 Living Pattern, the eight Journeys, chambers and Sound environments.
Protection does not extend to abstract ideas, methods, facts, generic spiritual concepts, third-party Scripture, third-party fonts, imagery, recordings, software or other third-party materials merely because they appear within the Sanctuary.
4. User Reflections
Personal reflections written by users remain their own.
This Intellectual Property statement does not claim ownership of users' private Journal content.
5. Permitted Use
Visitors may use the Sanctuary for personal, lawful and non-commercial reflection.
No broader licence is granted.
6. Restricted Use
Protected work may not be copied, republished, adapted, distributed, performed, sold, licensed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
7. Trademarks
ALightinMotion™ and associated names, marks, symbols and visual identifiers may be protected as registered or unregistered trademarks.
Where a trademark application is pending, it should not be described as registered unless registration evidence exists.
8. Third-Party Rights
Any third-party names, fonts, images, recordings, software or services remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used under the applicable licence or permission.
